How to start a return

  1. Email returns@harborlinkhouse.com with your order number.
  2. We'll send a pre-paid Australia Post label within one business day.
  3. Drop the parcel at any post office.
  4. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 business days of arrival.

Exchanges

Prefer a different scent? Tell us in the return email and we'll dispatch your replacement as soon as your return is scanned.

What's not returnable

For hygiene reasons, gift cards and final-sale items are non-returnable. Faulty items are always covered — see our shipping page for details on damaged deliveries.
